Diet

I’m a total vegan now. Occasionally I’ll eat lobster for my birthday and cheese, but I’m off eggs, meat, dairy.  I’ve noticed some interesting changes. Not only is my cholesterol down to very low levels, but I’m running and cycling faster than ever before.
